Innovative Academy is a private - 501(c)( 3) non-profit, established in 2017 by Roderick Henderson. Roderick believes creating opportunity for all people will solve the problem of inclusion and diversity in the world of innovation, in employment services, and vocational skills training. Having faith, integrity, care, and a little sweat equity (hard work) will spark anyone into having the ability to achieve what they set as their life purpose.
