Innovative Academy is here to conduct research and develop programs to assist in improving the economic, educational, and social status of disadvantaged and underprivileged individuals and families by creating and promoting opportunities for economic self sufficiency and financial security.
Innovative Academy is a collective of creatives that explores different opportunities in job development. We design & develop educational programs that lead to the emotional and mental stability for career longevity.
Innovative Academy is a private - 501(c)( 3) non profit, established in 2017 by Roderick Henderson. Roderick believes in creating opportunity for all people will solve the problem of inclusion and diversity in the world of innovation in employment services, and vocational skills training. Having faith, integrity, care, and a little sweat equity(hard work); will spark anyone into having the ability to achieve what they set as their life purpose.
